Is the
house vacant?
On every description page for each house you will find
(top right) a link (Occupancy calendar) to
the occupancy tables for this year and next year. It is also
worth taking a last minute look at the occupancy tables, as
guests sometimes cancel their booking
Non-binding reservation:
You can reserve the house (or houses) you have selected
(per e-mail
or using the query
form you can call up on the right). The reservation
remains non-binding until you book by simply confirming this
by e-mail. As long as you have not confirmed the booking,
I will accept further reservations. You - as the first reservation
– will be informed by me of subsequent reservations,
so that you can then decide whether to confirm your booking
or not.
How much is the rent?
Prices for all our houses
or for houses rented through by us can be found in the descriptions
of each house. The booking procedure is the same for all houses.
Early booking discount:
Many holidaymakers now already book one or
even two years in advance. Early bookers (more than 9 months
in advance) get a discount on the respective rental price.
Last Minute:
There are sometimes special offers at discount prices. Please
look at the discounts on offer when you decide to book.
Minimum stay:
We do not rent houses/apartments for periods of less than
one week or for the price of less than one week (if you want
to stay for one or two days less). We make an exception to
this rule with some of our last minute offers or if shorter
periods of stay are highlighted in the occupancy table (booking
gaps). In such cases, you pay 1/7 of the weekly price per
night.
Booking object:
Your booking (or query) is valid only for the property
on the respective property description page with regard to
fixtures & fittings, location, comfort, etc.

HOW
TO BOOK:
You can make a binding reservation (booking) at all times
by simply sending me an e-mail
giving me your booking details.(If you are sure about your
booking, it is definitely worth it to book immediately). We
will then send you a contract at our terms
& conditions. If the house is vacant, I will
send you confirmation of booking per e-mail right away.

Downpayment:
Please transfer the requested amount immediately after confirmation
of booking. As soon as your downpayment is credited to our
account, we will send you a description of how the get to
your holiday home, address, telephone number on site.
Paying remaining amount:
The remaining amount should be paid one week before arrival
on to the account provided in each case or directly on location
to the respective owner.

| Variable costs:
Electricity, water (this costs more because water is a rare
commodity on Sardinia), and gas must be paid for in some of
the houses on site and are not included in the rent price.
Information can be found in each house description and in
the reservation confirmation.

Hand
towels, bed linen:
Hand towels and bed linen can be hired on request for a surcharge–
this service varies from house to house.
